About Barbara Beery

With a degree in elementary education, a passion for cooking, and three children of her own, Barbara Beery is the quintessential kids' cooking instructor and entrepreneur. Frustrated with the "pre-cooked" classes available to kids, Barbara founded Batter Up Kids Culinary Center, with the goal of offering interactive classes that focused on healthier food options.

The momentum behind Batter Up Kids, Inc. has led to many other successful ventures including the launch of a new, innovative website just for kids cooking products called,
www.kidscookingshop.com,  an educational website exclusively carrying kid-friendly cooking products.  Barbara is the author of 11 best-selling children’s cookbooks and continues to inspire children in the kitchen and beyond.
